Strengths - We all came together as musicians before the group was formed. This allowed us to learn songs easily and create a good sounding piece with ease. We are also all friends so we had no issues.
Weaknesses - Many of us had not been fully in a group before so we had to work on timing and also fitting all of our instruments together.
Opportunities - We have rehearsal space and also we also have rehearsals at least twice a week.
Threats - We have had many different teachers causing us to loose time and also focus.
